ESIVER - Formazione VET per il turismo fluviale sostenibile in Europa

Il Progetto ESIVER sta mettendo a punto la piattaforma di formazione per fornire agli operatori nel campo del Vocational European Training (VET) le conoscenze e gli strumenti per sviluppare attività innovative e sostenibili nel turismo fluviale.

Il corso ESIVER VET è costituito da 6 moduli diversi (turismo enogastronomico, turismo attivo, turismo culturale, turismo naturalistico, turismo degli eventi e turismo del benessere).

All’interno dei moduli ci sono 6 video masterclass degli ecoimprenditori di ciascun paese, che ogni partner del progetto ha selezionato, utili ai partecipanti del corso per comprendere i fondamenti dell’imprenditorialità sostenibile nel turismo fluviale e per creare business plan. attuabili.

Le video masterclass sono suddivise in 3 parti:

Video 1 – Introduzione all’attività: fornisce una panoramica dell’attività dell’imprenditore e del suo legame con il turismo fluviale, descrive il modello di business e le pratiche sostenibili che utilizzano.
Video 2 – Applicazione del Business Model Canvas: dimostra come l’imprenditore applica il framework BMC alla propria attività attraverso i 9 componenti (segmenti di clientela, proposta di valore, canali di comunicazione, relazioni con i clienti, flussi di ricavi, risorse chiave, attività chiave, partnership chiave, struttura dei costi) con esempi dall’attività dell’imprenditore, approfondimenti chiave o lezioni apprese dall’utilizzo del BMC
Video 3 – Sfide e soluzioni: evidenzia le principali sfide affrontate dall’azienda, descrivendo problemi ambientali, difficoltà operative e barriere normative, e come sono state affrontate attraverso esempi di soluzioni innovative, lezioni apprese e consigli per altri imprenditori

The Esiver Project is developing a training platform to provide operators in the field of Vocational European Training (VET) with the knowledge and tools to create innovative and sustainable activities in river tourism.

The ESIVER VET course consists of 6 different modules (food and wine tourism, active tourism, cultural tourism, nature-based tourism, event tourism, and wellness tourism). Within each module, there are 6 video masterclasses delivered by eco-entrepreneurs from each partner country, selected by the project partners. These are designed to help course participants understand the fundamentals of sustainable entrepreneurship in river tourism and to create viable business plans.

The video masterclasses are divided into 3 parts:

Video 1 – Introduction to the activity: provides an overview of the entrepreneur’s activity and its connection with river tourism, describing the business model and the sustainable practices they use.
Video 2 – Applying the Business Model Canvas: demonstrates how the entrepreneur applies the BMC framework to their business through its 9 components (customer segments, value proposition, communication channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structure), with examples from the entrepreneur’s activity, key insights, and lessons learned from using the BMC.
Video 3 – Challenges and solutions: highlights the main challenges faced by the company, describing environmental issues, operational difficulties, and regulatory barriers, and how these have been addressed through examples of innovative solutions, lessons learned, and advice for other entrepreneurs.
